All of our products are covered by a one-year warranty which assures workmanship and quality. Please examine the product to ensure that all parts are present prior to assembling items. If there are parts missing, please contact our customer service department at 1-866-515-5560 . Please review our instruction sheets to identify the part number needed.
Damaged, defective, customer remorse return policy.
- All damages /defects must be reported to your Customer Service Rep at Extreme Kids Furniture no later than 15 days from the date delivered. If not reported on time no credit will be issued because we will not be able to file a claim with the carrier
- Pictures are required on all items that are being reported defective before we can move forward.
Do not throw away the original boxes when the merchandise arrives damage or no pick up or claim can be made, therefore no credit can be issued) Yellow stickers are attached to every box advising our customers of this.
Customer Remorse
- All returns on undamaged/unopened product must be reported no later than 30 days from the day delivered in order for us to pick it up.
-If not reported within 30 days from the day delivered, no pick up can be scheduled.
Carriers we use on a daily basis
- UPS/ Fed Ex, Fed Ex is used 90% of the time because they have a less damage ratio.
- Truck orders, our system is programmed to pick the cheapest carrier by state. We used several different carriers from Overnite, Watkins, South Eastern Freight Lines, Yellow Freight, Road Runner,
Wilson's trucking, ABF freight,
Warren's trucking, Shull's Transport, and many more.
